Welcome to Millpond Estate.

We are the Millpond Estate Tenants and Residents Association (TRA), established in 2020 to work to make our estate as nice a place to live as it can be.

 

The Millpond Estate is a London council estate in the Bermondsey area of Southwark, London. Built in the early 1930's, it is fairly low-rise at 4 storeys tall. There are 6 blocks on the estate containing a total of 76 flats.

 

Our residents are a mixture of Council tenants, private tenants and leaseholders. Everyone who lives on the estate is automatically a member of the TRA.

 

The TRA committee is responsible for the activities of the TRA and always happy to receive suggestions on what would improve the estate. We work with representatives of Southwark council, and receive funding from the council but are independent of it.
