Rather Be Gardening...
Do we have any budding gardeners in the estate? A small group of us, with little to no gardening experience, are passionate about transforming some of our beds and learning as we go. We have dreams of growing vegetables and creating a magical, green, chill-out area in the centre of the estate.

So far, we have weeded one of the main beds outside block 11-22 and planted some flowers, including Photinia, Teddy, Lonicera, Leucothoe, Hebe variegata, Gaultheria big berry and Skimmia, kindly donated by Standage. In addition, Standage donated a herb planter which is currently growing sage, mint and curry. These herbs will be available for all so do keep your eye on them. If anyone notices the soil is dry, please do feel free to water them.
We also planted some bulbs: tulips, allium, crocus, anemones and ranunculus. We want to see the Estate popping with colour in the spring!
