Please don't suffer alone

We are now in another national lockdown, and restrictions are changing all the time. We have put up some notices about the restrictions on the estate noticeboards, but please watch and listen out for any changes that happen.

With London COVID infection rates currently at about 1 person in 30, we can expect that two or three flats on the estate are having to cope with the disease right now. So it is important to stay at home as much as possible and minimise in person social interactions.

But this can also lead to challenges – maybe you need some help with shopping if you are isolating or shielding, or maybe you are suffering financially. Please don’t suffer alone.

There is a North Bermondsey Community Support group that can help with all sorts of things, which is staffed by local volunteers. Their phone number is 07934719162 which is open from 9am to 5pm each day.
